After writing the song “Come With Me” – which became the soundtrack for the campaign – Chris and George joined Josh’s core band on keytar and vocals respectively. The line-up was completed by drummer Mike Glozier who, by complete coincidence, is an old friend of Chris and George’s from their schooldays.
“Come With Me” will be released on Universal Records in January. Watch this space for news…

Hi,
I was in the advert in Birmingham and had a great time ! Apparently its being aired now, but I can’t find it anywhere online , can you help ?
Thanks
It’s all a con!!
OK fine, I’ll come clean. John Prescott is right. It’s all a con – I’m not a keyboard player at all.
I’m an android.
hi i am one of ben perkin’s mates
The songs fine, but it’s yet another tiresome ‘Oh look, everyone is coming together to do something’ type advert and they’re becoming so predictable. I believe that people have to choose between being artists or salesmen. You’ve chosen to be a salesman, which is a shame.
That’s an interesting point Matt but, by your logic, The Dandy Warhols, Jose Gonzalez, Feist, Stiltskin (I could go on) – all of whom launched their careers by advertising a product – should be considered salesmen as well. Presumably, in that case, you’d dislike their music on principle; however, I happen to think they’re all excellent artists and recognise that, without the intervention of a corporation, their songs would never have reached a mass audience. If you live in a Western capitalist society and consume mainstream media, you have to accept that there will be men in suits behind that media. To believe otherwise is surely unrealistic…?
But in this case surely the music came as a result of the requirements of the advert, whereas in the case of the DWs and Stiltskin (the only two I recognise) their music was already recorded and published and then hijacked by the ad companies to flog jeans.
Another fair point Ian… and I guess that would put some people off listening to our track. Fortunately for us, most people aren’t too bothered and enjoy the music regardless! I guess it comes down to personal taste in the end.
“Bohemian Like You” was indeed used by various brands, most notably Vodafone, to sell their products. But I bet if you asked the Dandy Warhols, they wouldn’t feel that their music had been ‘hijacked’. Despite being a fantastic track, it didn’t even chart the first time they released it – then it was used on the phone ad, re-released, became a Top Five smash hit and catapulted the band to international and long-lasting fame. Which is a good thing not just for the band but also for the music-buying public, right….?
haha congrats you guys your really doing amazing… it was a few years ago now since i had lessons with george and did the rock school thing where we played that mini gig in goring with you guys
